Any hard codes? Are all connections good and fully seated? Forgot to attach a  ground wire? Are there required conditions that need to be met before the relearn procedure will take ? Does anyone in the shop have a different brand scan tool , or a different Autel platform or one with an older update level you can try before second guessing your work?
